AFRICAN ELECTIONS
Africa is a continent which is the second largest on earth with a second rank also in high population globally africa, surrounded by oceans, Mediterranean to the north, Indian ocean to southeast Atlantic to the west which harbor 1.1 Billion humans mostly with black skin present in 54 countries whereby before the continent had know a, b, c it was referred to as the dark continent away from civilization. Before we had our own kind of organization in which we conform to and made us live in a happy fashion according to written materials and the history sessions I attended in high school. Colonization of Africa changed every aspect of our lives African Culture became divorced to a certain extent, our norms went with the wind.  After we gained our independence mostly the struggle began in 1950’S  Kwame Nkrumah, Jomo Kenyatta, and Julius Nyerere In Tanzania  engaged in the struggle to claim our freedom from whites who ruled over us in our own lands, they decided to leave and others settled for good in south Africa..
African elections have been presented with a variety of irregularities, violence misconduct, bloodshed, corruption and other things affiliated with the 1st and 2nd  world define characters of African elections which have been watched since we gained our freedom as we are not independent fully due to the foreign intervention of whites in our private affairs. Whenever election comes fear succumbs the existing courage and spirit for nation building, where by non nationals in particular countries flee for safe heaven the locals are left to bear witness for the untold to come to life, power mongers and dictators cost people’s lives vividly seen in Somalia Sudan, ivory coast, Burkina Faso, Burundi and Nigeria to which revoked its custom by making a history placing Mohamadu Buhari in office democratically shaming the devil mostly marking a significant change in our elections. Despite of democracy being known worldwide and in my continent also, still it  not exercised fully during elections ruling parties use the military and electoral commissions to the favor to say in power voters who are not aware of their role in making changes are used and disrupt elections killing their own for the sake of defending whom their chant
Election is a process which a decision making is displayed appointing an individual whom people see fit to represent them in a particular public office, where by this fashion has been carried out since its genesis in the 17th century, obviously the fair and free election process always goes with democracy which is the process the supreme power in placed on the people directly or indirectly through the use of their representative, whom they obtained from an election process which is dominated by freedom and fairness.
African elections have been known for their irregularities and difference attributes which make Africa remain in the same development position till up to date. As bitter this may seem to be this statement has a huge portion of validity in it. Just few weeks ago we had a general election in our country which  took immense resources and time which are key elements in our war against poverty, however the campaigns were launched words sparked social media trends misunderstanding in national wise spectacle chanting with high motivation, hashtags supporting several candidates all over social media legitimacy and legality of different internal nominations of candidates questioned, lies and promises laid out to the open, insults splashed out to the open with no regard to the morals involved in politics.  The custom of the electoral commissions being rigged favoring the ruling party and with no regard, morals and less freedom was seen day to day, as opposition blocs gave their cries to the nation to restructure the Commission, predicting a defeat which they don’t acknowledge to be the exact result of what the people did by casting their vote in more civilized elective manner.
The ivory coast had a very brutal political turn in 2010 , Gbagbo refused to step down democratically and insist to stay on power aided by Top Military Officials with no regard to the constitution or exercising  democracy in which they advocate on podiums. Such kind of power grabs moves have been costing lives in Burundi which made one the poorest nation in the entire globe face hardship, blood spilled due to Pierre Nkurunzinza reluctance, killings of government officials and assassinations of high profile figure in the Burundi government shows that the entire nation is under a power grab siege, still operating under the emergency in democracy yet less respect to the rule of law is observe. Being fair, I am compelled by several kinds of facts which I will disclose that the voters also contribute to the rise of violence and less patriotic, incapable leaders in the office, is saw this disaster in my own nation where several candidates were competing for the big office ,  chants and shouts distorting the real truth and unheard voices that could settle disputes , interviews ended without pure clarity placed on the table irrelevant questions asked, and most relevant one left for the people in need for the answers to fend for themselves, voters shouting loudly  gather in hundreds listening attentively while there are things unclear  advocated claimed to be solid facts while they are entirely fabricated lies. Voters being used to ignite violence to pressure things to the opposition party favor, this is a ticking bomb to a country poor as Tanzania with few years exercising the crystal clear democracy and under the western countries eye, more terrifying endowed with valuable resources we are chickens sitting on a gold mines easily to be taken away.
In the 21st century where cutting edge tech is ruling the world making G8 explore the space, and discovering  things inventing machines that transform the world, Africa still wakes up in coup d’état  and military regimes, still good political values are not seen, it hurts seen bloodshed in the name of the public office neighboring states like Kenya Had turmoil rose up in the 2008 elections Mungiki taking over the slums being the rulers making the rules killings dominating because few high profile politicians didn’t want to accept defeat.
Africa need to know what it wants what It is what it should have done, shouldn’t do and must do to erase the bad deeds done by the people who didn’t know what’s what who had their whole lives been poisoned by hate and misinformation, greedy hearts who unfortunately were trusted, those days where we  chose the stone over a political party which made us sick are over those days where we chanted just because we heard a cry being uttered with sweet words with no meat in it are over those days where we protested with rage and anger rather than wisdom and patriotism are over we need a new Africa we need our election to be a change and not  a disaster every time I think of an election procedure I should fight to be a part of it not regret it.
Our children should be nurtured in the new order that we want them to drive Africa to,  they must know who they are knowing how late we made them be, by living in harsh, impoverished environments because we couldn’t exercise democracy and have tolerance because religion took other brother hood and nationality, they must know how important is peace and preserve it at all cost, never being naïve and manipulated by multinationals based in Western Capitalists states whom they Should be told are fueling instability in their motherland, acknowledge their three biggest  enemies, Ignorance ,Diseases and poverty. But knowing patriotism and unity of Africa is vital for its survival.
The safe arica must be prepared today must be shaped today in us and the children we bring to the world we need a new africa which is free from genocide and civil wars, let us shape the future we want let love dwell in us no matter the faith we harbor in our hearts we are african we are the left behind race we are the people whom are seen lost in the past i'm tired of this AFRICA am tired of the western talk about africa am tired to see africa in ICC.  let us pray for Congo, let us make peace in Congo let us bring the harmony in Somali, love in Nigeria, Sudan must rest from hardship and hate. New is Africa Is Now.
