How is See It from My Tower
My fellow brethren is it really life is fair? , I guess it is a question requiring an answer which isn’t mere.,
Declining to confess our evil deed brings the end near,
If we poach the wildlife night and day with no fear,
then lions are liable to roam in the streets for the equal share,
Responsibility a fourteen letter word,
use it well and you may live like a lord,
money doesn’t grow on trees,
everything is possible ask the Chinese
flush the dogma not only corporate you may grow beans,
more bellies more hunger increase the mills,
resist that slumber lets turn these logs to timber,
then chairs into classrooms to put pilots in the air and not convicts Segerea and Butimba
You me us unity is all prosperity asks,
we are mere mortals we don’t know how long it lasts
pick your poison and kill the poverty kill it all,
farmer grab that hoe till the land like it bears no soul.
So that you may till with a Ferguson tomorrow reap with no sorrow stand tall.
My tower is tall enough to glimpse the future,
I wish you can climb and take a view of what we ought to alter,
The book says put childish things away for a better sculpture,
a little pain wont harm you just hold your breath next wait for what comes after.
It doesn’t take a minute to bake a cake,
recite my words a forbidden path is grave mistake, Patience and resilience is what it takes,
Today was tomorrow and tomorrow will be yesterday,
we have no seconds nor minutes to play that’s the price we have to pay.
Deeper the hole longer the ladder,
never mind the depth it has never been the matter,
the more you descend the shallower it gets do you the picture
bear with the ladder you will thank it latter,
it is all on me and you too if we let the mind show its power,
that is how I see it from my tower.
